We are currently looking for a highly experienced Assistant Manager for a fast paced, multi-faceted establishment in Mackay.



With a restaurant, pub, gaming zone and function rooms, you will take part of the daily operations of this busy and renew venue. Joining the team management, you will be supporting the General Manager. You will be leading and inspiring the assistant managers.



As the ideal candidate, you have a passion for the hospitality sector, strong proven success in hospitality management in either large pubs or clubs as well as a comprehensive gaming experience. Experience in Food & Beverage is preferable but not essential. You have demonstrated your ability to develop and motivate large teams whilst having strong communication skills and customer service. You have positive, hands on attitude; you are a natural leader who encourage and support your staff. You hold a RSA, RSG and RMLV certificate.



With a rewarding salary, this position will see your working in a dynamic and energetic team. It will involve a combination of days, afternoons and closing shifts; 5 days per week.
