A Large, State Government Department is currently seeking an experienced Finance Officer with a Tax focus, to join their team for a full time position. Based in Brisbane's BCD, this role is based in a prime location in a vibrant cafe district and the position is expected to be a rolling contract.



Working as part of a large team, your role will be to support the Financial Accountant. Core responsibilities will include; FBT returns, BAS returns, tax deductions, journals, accruals, invoice coding, processing payment runs, managing corporate credit cards and assisting with other month end duties.



To be considered for this role, you must have relevant and recent skills. You will ideally have experience with SAP and intermediate Excel skills. You will enjoy working as part of a team and thrive working in a busy environment.
