We are looking for an experienced C&B Manager who is responsible for Design, develop and administer company's compensation & benefits policies and programs in line with the Company's C&B Strategy. Manage the overall job leveling system; conduct the job evaluation and analyze compensation & benefit survey data propose action plans to improve company's remuneration market competitiveness. Work closely with HRBP, manage Annual Compensation Planning, Bonus/Incentive, promotion cycle and performance management process. You need to Plan and conduct education & communication of PM / Reward philosophy, methodology as well as relevant skills on a regular basis to respective line managers/employees, to improve employee attraction, satisfaction and retention; partner with HRBP to foster a reward at performance environment. You are also required to Administer PM and C&B systems, ensure optimal leverage and effective HRIS implementation / automation in C&B and PM processes. Build engagement / collaboration with BA and respective HR functions to ensure projects are effectively planned and implemented in a customer oriented manner. Develop the Total Reward communication strategy and partner with different stakeholders to implement, to improve the overall employee engagement.

To excel in this role, you need to have Bachelor degree or majored in Human Resources Management or related fields. Hands on experiences in variable program design, cost analysis, performance management, HR policies and procedures design and development, etc. You need to demonstrated Strong planning, organizing and analytical skills, ability to deal with multiple tasks under time pressure. You also need to have relevant experience with proven successful track record of designing and implementing competitive remuneration package and HR systems in a fast growing and changing environment.
