My client is national historic public attraction with multiple iconic venues across Sydney. They pride themselves on providing fantastic attractions to the B2C market and venue/event solutions to the B2B market across all industries. Due to their extensive growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager.
Reporting to the Events & Venue Manager, your main responsibilities will include growing the brand through Sydney by identifying new business whilst up selling and cross selling to a portfolio of existing corporate clients. You will have experience in consultative solution sales, targeting C-Level decision makers within all size organisations.
You will possess excellent presentation and negotiating skills with the ability to close deals. You will have a minimum of 3 years+ experience in B2B new business sales and account management across the MICE, event/venue industries.
A solid remuneration package consisting of base ($60-85k) plus super is on offer for the right candidate. Whilst this role does not have a commission structure in place, it does offer extra benefits such as extra days holiday and flexible working hours.
