This well known financial services organisation, based in the CBD is looking for a Communications Adviser to join the business to deliver key internal messages.
This internal communications role will see you supporting the change and delivery team with engagement activities, for all payments and cash operations staff. You will be responsible for developing employee communications around changes to the business; ensuring information is accurate, informative and targeted. You will also assist with working on publications such as the monthly company newsletter; updating the intranet and communicating on any other ad-hoc changes within the business to ensure staff are informed and engaged. This will also include using Sharepoint.
To be successful in this role you will have a strong background working in the services industry, preferably financial services. You will have broad communications experience, delivering key messages that meet target audience requirements, in sophisticated language. In addition to this you will be tertiary qualified in communications or similar subject coupled with excellent stakeholder management.
