Working with a high quality team the opportunity has come to light for a top tier trained auditor (either exiting the profession at manager level or furthering their career having already moved into internal audit or operational risk management). You

You will be in a key role supporting a program across risk, compliance and control management. Specifically you will contribute to the development of the annual assurance plan whilst executing specific assurance engagements in line with the 2nd line of defence assurance framework. You will identify control gaps and suggest action plans which address the issues. Furthermore you will report to your stakeholders on the outcomes of assurance activities to ensure the business fully appreciates the role they play in managing risk in an effective manner.

Whilst the role is 5 days a week, consideration could be given for 4 days per week for the right candidate.

This role is well suited to chartered accountant trained in a leading audit firm who is eager to apply their knowledge within a line 2 risk function. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills and exposure to large complex organisations.
