Our client is a well established organisation based Melbourne CBD and they are currently seeking an IT Recruitment Consultant to join their team on a temporary basis.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process, including liaising with senior stakeholders, taking job requirements; sourcing and screening of candidates over the phone and face to face; making offers; as well as conducting all pre-employment checks. You will also be responsible for the on-boarding of new employees.
The successful candidate will have in depth IT recruitment experience sourcing a variety of IT positions. You will have exceptional communication and articulation skills to liaise across a variety of stakeholders.
