Having established a reputation for delivering iconic projects on time, within budget and being a builder subcontractors like working for, this leading tier 2 builder has a full work book of works and is a employer that people want to work for. Due to consistent growth they are now looking for an experienced Site Manager to run a $72m apartment project located just outside the CBD.



This opportunity will see you managing all on site construction activities such the preparation of daily and fortnightly works program, continuous supervision of all subcontractors and on site staff to ensure they meet program dates in accordance with company procedures, inductions of subcontractors and site employees and establish the site in accordance with relevant Occupational Health & Safety requirements.



To be successful you will need an extensive background delivering project to a similar value and will have seen the project from start through to handover. In addition to this you will need strong communication skills, the ability to solve problems and manage conflict effectively, have impeccable management skills accompanied by the ability to motivate & drive direct & sub-contract labour.
