This fast growing investment firm with offices across Australia and a leader in investment into the Australian property market is establishing a Mortgage Broking arm and is looking for an experience Mortgage Broker to take on the responsibility of leading the broking team.

With offices across Melbourne and your support function based out of exclusive offices in the Docklands you will be in allowed access to leads and referrals from their vast database and pool of clients. Due to the nature of this investment firm and focus on investments within property you will be ideally placed to make a success out of a rare opening in the Mortgage Broking market.

As an experienced Mortgage Broker you join this Investment group and lead their mortgage broking operations and office support staff to immediately add value to their business. Based from their brand new offices you will be given access to an extensive network and allowed to work across Melbourne from their offices.

To be successful in this role, you will be professionally presented, have mortgage broking experience, have a track record in meeting monthly targets and be ideally be MFAA accredited. You will be motivated and a self starter and with ambition to succeed and grow the business Mortgage Broking arm. You will utilise your exceptional time management skills to ensure quality and service standards are met. With high attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships, you will thrive in growing relationships and winning business.
