Our program is designed to mentor and develop talented individuals with strong leadership potential and strategic thinking capability. We are looking for energetic, highly motivated individuals who will have completed a Bachelor's level (or equivalent) degree. GP wants people who can bring innovative ideas and fresh perspectives into our organization. Well-rounded business acumen and global orientation are critical in GP; therefore this program will offer consecutive rotations in at least four functions throughout the program. Participants will be assigned challenging positions and projects, providing procurement knowledge and expertise to professionals spanning HP's business groups and functions. Individuals will also work across GP globally and with various levels of management. At the end of the two year rotational program, participants will be placed in an area of global procurement that matches their strengths and experiences with organizational needs.
