On behalf our client, Ecolab, we are recruiting an HR Work Force Administrator for the Nordic Region. Ecolab is the global leader in water, hygiene and energy technologies and services. The HR Work Force Administrator will provide administrative support to the HR team in the four Nordic countries (Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland). HR WFA will provide advice and support to include our 3rd party vendor management who provides HR service delivery and payroll, employee relations, workforce administration and benefits administration.

 

Main Responsibilities

• Workforce planning and administration, including insuring compliance in administrative HR processes.

• Management of vendor relationships related to outsourced HR service delivery and payroll

• Participation in HR related projects covering talent development, benefits and other initiatives.

• Coordination of employee lifecycle activities – including contracts, on boarding, disciplinarians and exits.

• Provide HR related data and reporting to leaders in order to promote data driven decision making and strategy development.

• Actively participate in business and human resource projects.
