The successful candidate will join our Digital Customer practice in the Products Client Service Group, which helps clients achieve high performance in – Retail; Consumer Goods and Services; Life Sciences; and Automotive, Industrial, Infrastructure and Travel. People belonging to the Products Client Service Group are responsible for delivering real industry insight and experience. Within the Products Client Service Group, the Digital Customer team is at the forefront of driving digital change at our clients, whether they are fundamentally digital businesses already or more traditional businesses trying to leapfrog the competition.
What we all have in common is that we are truly passionate about the consumer driven digital revolution and how it can transform our clients businesses by creating relevant and connected customer experiences. We advise our clients in how to catch the digital wave in order to shape new omni-channel customer experiences, digital customer interactions, and to exploit digital sales and digital channel distribution options. We are working with leading global and international companies that have amazing opportunities but also challenges when turning digital into a loyalty, profit and growth engine. Key Responsibilities:
- Generate insights from Digital Analytic tools and determine the most valuable opportunities to improve marketing and ecommerce performance
- Create and improve digital experiences together with our service design colleagues
- Deliver High Performance Digital Projects with a combination of external creative agencies, off/nearshore technical teams and our client´s people.
