Key Account Manager – Animal Nutrition

It is a leading multinational, Chemicals and Biotechnology Company. It offers product/services/ solutions to the pharmaceutical and biologic industries, including organic/fine chemicals/custom manufacturing of biopharmaceuticals for the bioscience sector. For example, it offers high-quality branded ingredients for the animal nutrition market. Nice culture, efficient teamwork and environmentally friendly production based on innovative, safety first and treating people fairly. Because of the business fast growth, they are now seeking a capable KA Manager for their elite sales team.
As a Key Account Manager who will reports to Great China Sales Manager, you will be in charge of managing sales of animal nutrition like Vitamin, OCD (Animal Feed/Food ingredients) and L-carnitine. You should study local market, develop the market and keep good relationship independently with your key accounts like Animal Farms, Animal feed mill and other key accounts or distributors in North and West China. You also should be responsible for sales management of new products for sales target setting, distributor management, sales forecasting and supply allocation.
Ideally, you will have a Food Nutrition/Ingredients or related education background, 5 - 10 years of related experience in Animal nutrition field. Your proven track record of sales ability especially in business development/new business development in is highly needed. You should have solid key account relationship, experience to handle big projects independently and strong key account management ability. On top of the pre-requisites, you should be a hands-on, can-do person who is result oriented, customer focus and energetic, with good communication skills both in English and Mandarin.
