Key Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience architecting and building large scale services and applications
  • Excellent debugging, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Strong data structures, algorithms, and OO software design and implementation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of multi-threading, concurrency, caching, and distributed storage technologies
  • Experience working with object relational databases
  • Strong experience with Java or other related language
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced and challenging work environment
  • Minimum of 5 years professional software engineering experience

Description

The job will involve large scale infrastructure development with attention to detail. Knowledge of performance, multi threading, and distributed services is a must. Strong data structures and OO experience is also required. You should not only have the skills to design and build new solutions going forward but also the ability to determine the best approach to refactor and redesign existing architectures.
