- Achieve minimum of 100% sales target set for brands handled.
- Prepare and develop Product Strategic Plans (brand positioning, communication strategies, brand reminder inputs and other special campaigns) to achieve sales targets and increase market share of the respective brands.
- Aiding sales efforts by training field staff on medico marketing aspects, meeting and developing important customers and members of trade channel.
- Develop proper feedback / monitoring segments systems with the field members.
- Support preparation of Annual brand wise P&I budgets. Controlling of P&I budgets.
- Continuous tracking and analysis of competitor activities including new product launches.
- Continuous tracking and analysis of competitor activities including new product launches.
- Analysis of the entire market to identify new product opportunities and their launch.
- Training the field force on various marketing and product related concepts / matters.
- Participation in medical conferences.
- Coordinating with medico for PMS, IIS and clinical trials
