We are seeking a Data Services Operations Specialist with the with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, , reporting Data Services Operations Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

This role is responsible for operations and maintenance of Data Services Platforms to ensure high availability of all Data Services.

• Providing Level 2 configuration support and operation to ensure high availability and stability for all services those using Broadand, Internet, Carrier Ethernet and Metro Ethernet platforms
• Capacity management of the Broadband, Carrier Ethernet Internet links on a daily basis to ensure that adequate capacity is available to meet with traffic demands
• Support for delivery teams
• Porti IP and AS assignment for customers
• Operation of IP Transit Network
• RIPE Management for customer IP blocks

• Degree qualified in an Engineering or a Science discipline
• Preferably experience of Ip/Mpls network planning and operation activities on multi-vendor environments (Cisco, Juniper, Huawei)
• Preferably knowledge on Routing and Switching protocols
• Preferably CCIP, JNCIS, JNCIP certifications
• Strong analytical deduction
• Extensive problem solving skills
• Team working
• Strong relationship
• Customer oriented
