Our client is a global name in E-Learning solutions and is in a rapid phase of growth and expansion. Due to ongoing success, they are in search of a driven Business Development Executive to join their vibrant team in Sydney CBD.
Reporting directly to the Sales manager, you will be working to sales targets and KPIs to drive business growth. making outbound calls to a mix of warm and cold business leads, you will be signing up delegates for conference events across a range of disciplines. The team culture is all about celebrating success and you will play and active part in team incentives and be recognised for every achievement, big and small.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months experience working in a Telesales, Cold Calling, Fundraising or Door Knocking environment and looking to take the next step in their career. You will have proven ability to work to sales targets and an innate drive to succeed. You must have a knack for picking up computer systems and impeccable communication skills.
The vibrant offices are based in Sydney CBD, operating Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5.30. Your initial base salary will be $40K + Super and you will be immediately eligible for uncapped commissions taking your earnings to $60K OTE. Given the scope and rate of growth of the organisation, career progression opportunities are very real and diverse. If you really shine in your role you can expect to be promoted after as little as 3 months. This company is happy to offer sponsorship opportunities to outstanding Working Holiday Visa candidates.
