Customer Service Representative

Our client is a long-standing market leader in the manufacture of building products. Due to continued success, they are in search of a customer focused individual to join their friendly Customer Service team in their Penrith Head Office.
Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, you will be working to set KPIs to drive sales and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be taking 30-40 calls a day in addition to e-mails, to answer general inquiries, provide quotes, convert sales, manage customer orders and handle complaints. You will also be attending to counter sales face-to-face.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in a phone based customer service role with experience working in a supply chain environment. Your communication skills will be impeccable and you will be a team player.
The office is based in Penrith and the hours are Monday to Friday 9 to 5 (flexible within reason). The salary is $45-55K depending on your experience and due to the scope and success of the company, career progression opportunities are very real and are encouraged within the organisation.
