Logistics and Materials Manager
United Kingdom, GB - Aviation & Aerospace, Consumer Electronics, Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing

Key management position for a leading brand. In this role you will control in and outbound logistics, onsite inventory, and materials / inventory planning functions. You will be proven in a team management function, and be able to assess and improve any business processes that have an impact on Customer Service and Cost. You will be IT literate and have strong analytical skills including Excel. Any experience of MRP / ERP (SAP) systems is an advantage, certainly you will be proven in your ability to drive measurable improvements to KPIs within a fast paced and customer centric operation. It is likely that you will have experience of either manufacturing or repairs operations, and any exposure to formal continuous improvement / lean techniques is also an advantage.
