National Sales Manager (FMCG - MT)

Our Client, one of the biggest international consumer food companies in the world, is now looking for a National Sales Manager to strengthen their Sales Division.
This role will report through to the Sales Director and will have the following responsibilities:
Develop business plans and sales strategies for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. Plan, direct and monitor the activities of the sales team to achieve and establish sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years experience and will need to have prior experience in Modern Trade or General Trade FMCG sales and have experience in managing a team of people and distributors.
To be successful, you should be a charismatic leader with great interpersonal skills.
