Responsible to the Director of HR, you will be responsible for undertaking a range of People related projects, using your highly developed research and written communication skills to ensure the organisation is across contemporary HR practices.



You will conduct your role with a high degree of emotional intelligence and consideration, constantly aware of the industrial and regulatory impact of your advice, and the knowledge that the outcome of your work will be used to inform a range of Senior Executive staff.



This role requires a commercially minded and experienced professional who has started to outperform their current role and is looking for an organisation to continue their professional development. You will have an appreciation for the strategic picture, with a strong grasp of the detail.



You will have tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline, strong stakeholder engagement skills and demonstrated experience in a similar, high performing culture.
