What does your new Job involve
Based in Petone the business has two parts to it, Commercial Installation of HVAC and Maintenance Contracts/Servicing. Your job is to secure new Service Contracts for the business as well as Account Management and retention of existing Client business, obtaining new contracts from these existing clients where possible. Liaising with Property and Building Managers, Procurement Departments and Key Business Decision Makers you will be confident pitching for new business and securing the contracts for Service.



Experience and Attributes you bring
A commercial business acumen, professional presentation, inclusive communication style and ability to relay the benefits of using your company will be your forte. Knowledge of HVAC and Sales experience in this industry is preferred; however consideration will be given to those with experience selling Service & Maintenance Services from other areas. You must be a Sales hunter at heart and enjoy chasing new business, and be good at it, but also capable of managing and maintaining existing accounts. Reporting to the Business Unit Manager - Service and surrounded by a team of very experienced and long term employees you will have plenty of knowledge to tap into. This is a new job/role with huge scope. A base Salary of $60-$70K plus company car and uncapped sales commission will allow you to make a difference to your own salary. Targets and expectations will be agreed mutually and can be adjusted once you've been in the job and the capability becomes clearer.
