Presales Technical Specialist - Contact/Call Centre Technologies

A Presales Technical Specialist with a specific focus on HP Autonomy’s Marketing Optimization Suite for contact centre workforce optimization and multi-channel interaction analytics that help our customers gain actionable insights and increase their chances of driving more customer interactions to successful closures on the first contact.

Key Responsibilities

• Assists the sales staff in opportunity qualification by assessing potential application of the HP Autonomy’s Marketing Optimization Product Suite to meet customer needs


• Uses in-depth product and domain knowledge to provide technical expertise to sales staff and customers through sales presentations and product demonstrations.


• Responds to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs


• Architects an appropriate solution based on HP Qfiniti and HP Explore to meet the customer’s business requirements


• Develops and delivers Proof of Concepts to prospect organisations

Qualifications

• Presales and/or postsales technical experience with HP Qfiniti or any other contact centre workforce optimisation and call recording system,


• Established knowledge of call centre architectural concepts and technologies such as PBX/ACD, CTI, IVR, predictive dialing, voice recording etc.


• Proven experience in writing architecture documents and diagrams


• Hands on experience with databases/SQL, .NET applications, scripting essential


• Knowledgeable in competitive solutions


• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent)


• Excellent customer, communication and presentation skills


• Fluent spoken and written English

Desirable Skills:

• Expertise in multi-channel Voice of the Customer (VoC) solutions that include customer voice interactions (speech analytics)


• Multilingual abilities are a plus

This role also includes travel opportunities across Europe, typically around 50% of the time.
