AP Process Manager

Suzhou, Jiangsu, China, CN - Accounting

A leading health care company is launching new business in Suzhou. This company is very famous with solid product line and strong cross region, matrix organization. They are looking for an AP Process Manager to leader a sizeable team.



You would be responsible for planning, management and overall delivery of services in the I2P function (cross sector) - including invoice processing, payment processing, period end closing process and others where required. To management the finance reports and make the accuracy of data in the finance system are also the key responsibilities of the position. You are now a key person in the finance management team for the clients and work closely with Transition team to ensure the successful transfer of activities for service countries.

As an ideal candidate, you should have at least 5 - 7 years experience in the Invoice to Pay (I2P) function and good team management skill. Excellent English speaking is a must for frequently business conversation with the clients. You should also have professional certification (e.g. CPA, 会计上岗证). Experience in shared services center of a multinational corporation is desirable.
