Prestigious 1st tier global Investment Bank's newly Algo Trading Services Team is seeking a high calibre and experienced QA Manager to lead and grow the existing team.





In this role you will manage a team of on-shore and off-shore teams of up to 20 professionals to deliver excellence in Testing. You will act as a senior level representative for QA in Asia working closely with development managers and key stakeholders in Technology and the business organizations to ensure the product deliverables meet the business needs. You will define and execute the test strategies for all products delivered by the Algorithmic Trading Services organization for the firm. You will work closely with development and support teams to drive the SDLC process and partnership with teams to deliver quality products to the users. You will act as a Change Agent and be willing to challenge the status quo to improve the overall software delivery.





To be successful you should have 10 years of testing experience with at least 5 years of leading testing of financial instruments. You should have expertise in leading on-shore and off-shore teams of up o 20 professionals. You will drive test strategy for Algorithmic Trading Services QA. It is essential that you drive test automation across the teams. Technical experience or background in PERL, Phython, related languages and FIX protocol is necessary. Strong experience with Back-End / Server Side Test Automation. You will have a proven track record of stake holder management. You should be Native/Fluent in English.
