Outsourcing professionals work on projects across a range of business processes, business applications and information technology. Job Description

Senior Service Desk Team Member



Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in IT

• Assist in defining requirements, designing and building information technology operations components and testing efforts.

• Working on a busy Service Desk logging incident and problem tickets and escalating to relevant teams when unable to resolve.

• Answer and evaluate incoming phone and e-mail requests from teams and clients experiencing problems with hardware, software or networking. Following up on open tickets and communicating with relevent team members and clients to resolution.

• Good communication and attention to detail needed.

• Australian Citizens only preferably with a granted Security Clearance and recent Police Check



Professional Skill Requirements

• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment

• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

• Desire to work in an information systems environment

• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
