Order Support Supervisor

Austin, Texas Area, US - Consumer Electronics

The Apple Online Store is looking for a Order Support Supervisor to manage and lead a team of Order Support Specialists in daily supervision, developing the Order Support Team’s talent, and managing the daily execution of the business. This role will contribute to the customer experience, develop the team’s ability to minimize customer contacts and resolve order maintenance issues in a timely manner.



Key Qualifications

Description



• Support employees’ success, drive employee performance and job satisfaction

• Manage agent’s productivity and quality

• Conduct regular 1x1s with employees

• Lead Bi-Weekly team meetings

• Work cross functionally with AOS contact center management, global peers, and internal partners

• Identify and communicate training and development opportunities

• Support the Order Support Manager by coaching team to consistently provide outstanding performance and customer service

• Achieve or exceed performance and productivity goals

• Lead team development in critical and creative thinking

• Represent Apple with customers and partner organizations

• Identify innovative ideas to improve the customer experience and agents performance

• The hours of operation for Order Support that this position would support start are 7A-12A weekdays and 9A-6P weekends. Schedule flexibility is critical, and could include weekends.



Education



Normally requires BS degree plus 1-3 years experience in a customer service/support environment

Experience in people management with strong leadership background preferre
