This leading client provides a professional, engaging and safe training service using simulated environments to develop skills and behaviours that address safety-critical industry needs.

The Exciting Opportunity:

This new opportunity has become available due to increased growth, and hence, we are now looking for an experienced full time Internal Sales Representative to join this exciting growing business in their commercial development team.



You will be reporting to the Client Services Manager and your duties will include:



* Proactive inside sales and sales support to existing team

* Account management and building relationships with existing clients

* Cross selling and up selling additional training courses relevant to your client

* Identifying new business opportunities and leads

* Meeting sales kpi's and targets

* Establishing and maintaining communication with clients

* Providing a high level of customer service and advice on the training courses

* Support the Business Development team

* Preparing client quotations and proposals

* Attend onsite and in house client meetings and produce minutes

* complete meeting actions including client follow-ups

* Matching client needs with appropriate solutions by working closely with the rest of the team



To be successful in this role you will have experience in inside/internal sales and sales support or sales coordination. You will be responsible for selling to existing and new Commercial B2B clients, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail, have strong time management skills and demonstrate a "can do "attitude. You will also have a determined attitude and be self-motivated with a positive and enthusiastic outlook. Sales experience in the oil and gas or mining Industry is preferred but not essential. You will be passionate about pursuing a career in sales and working in a busy team environment. Additionally, this opportunity may suit an experienced sales coordinator/sales support professional who is looking to take their next step into an internal sales representative position. This is an exciting brand new role due to business growth.
