Our client is a globally recognized company within the oil and gas industry. They have gained an exceptional reputation over the past 50 years and are now looking to expand their business further. There are two vacancies available for 4-6 month contracts.



As an integral member of this busy service desk team you will continue their excellent work in providing a high standard of customer service. As the first point of contact you will take ownership of customer's queries and resolve them in a timely and professional manner.



You will have experience in supporting technologies including; but not limited to Windows XP/7, Office 2003/2010, Server 2003, Active Directory and Exchange. It would be highly preferable to have experience with remote support, be ITIL certified and have previous exposure to Citrix Metaframe Server.
