Operating as a true market-leader within their chosen industry, this multi-national corporate is going through an exciting and comprehensive program of change.
Due to a reorganisation within their HR function, they have created an opportunity for a Payroll Systems Specialist with significant systems and process change management experience.
Working between a number of business units, you will engage with internal and external stakeholders, providing payroll subject matter expertise and taking ownership of continuous improvement projects.
Your strong Payroll systems acumen will give you a full understanding of functional issues, while your solution-focused and analytical approach will enable you to deliver on project requirements. Managing stakeholder expectations will be pivotal to your success in this role.
Having had previous payroll processing experience, you will have been exposed to dynamic business change environments, as well as possessing impeccable communication and stakeholder management skills.
