My client is a leading manufacturing contractor with over 22+ years experience in the industry working with a long list of blue chip clients. They are a well established and respected contractor providing both supply and install of custom made joinery to the retail and commercial sector.



This an exciting time for the company as they look to further develop the commercial division on the back of continued success with major contractors.



As the Project Manager you will be full autonomy of the commercial division reporting directly to the General Manager. The role will be ideal for an experienced Project manager looking to take the next step in their career being a major part of the business. You will be given maximum support from the business, which will include an established estimator and business development manager.



The role will include assisting and overseeing the tenders, contract negotiations, client interaction/management, programming, site surveys, manage installation team, project management and handover.



To be successful for this role you will need to have a background in joinery manufacture and installation as a Project manager with 3+years experience. You will have proven experience in delivering commercial joinery projects on time and within budget along. Joinery estimating/tender experience would be highly advantageous. You will have a high level of both written and verbal communication with a great eye for detail.
