Reporting directly to the owner, who has a background in residential property management and therefore has a strong understanding of the challenges you face, this Residential Property Manager position has the type of structures to help you balance your work and life balance. To be successful as their Residential Property Manager you will have at least 18 months experience in managing residential portfolios and be up to date with the latest residential property management legislation for South Australia.
