This global Japanese company is seeking an assistant accountant to join their team on a permanent basis. The role extends to Accounts Payable and Receivable functions, bank reconciliations and general office admin.



Responsibilities include processing of invoices, data entry, filing, reviewing account statements, invoice generation, monthly reporting, assisting with the monthly budget and attending to supplier/customer queries. The role offers room for career progression and a broadened scope of responsibilities.



The ideal candidate will have recent experience in a similar role for more than 2 years. You must also have great communication skills, be proactive and have a high degree of accuracy. System experience in Netsuite is a must with intermediate Excel skills. For those who are bilingual in English and Japanese will also be highly regarded, yet not essential.
