Group Payroll Manager

An established leader within the energy sector based in St Kilda is currently looking to recruit a Group Payroll Manager due to recent growth and acquisitions.



As the Group Payroll Manager you will be accountable to the Group Finance Manager, providing accurate and timely Payroll services of all companies' staff within the group. You will be required to assist with the preparation of payroll related reporting duties also including data analysis, statistics and other reports form the HR3 Management systems



To be successful in the role, you will have had extensive experience in similar payroll positions, a great understanding of month end activities along with the attitude and ability for multi-tasking and being able to work in a fast paced environment. You will also have managed payroll remotely across multiple sites and businesses.



Exposure to HR3 is essential for this role along with working with stakeholder management and dealing with new company acquisitions is an advantage and project management skills are a necessity. You must have clear communication skills, work with huge attention to detail and able to deal with risk management.
