An exciting senior opportunity has arisen with a start-up educational institute. Our client partners with international universities to provide tertiary and vocational education to students here in Asia. They have clear long-term strategies to grow and build their reputation in Asia as a reputable and established institution.



They are hiring for a Head of Employability Services to develop and organize employability planning, providing career advice services to students and the alumni. Your performance is measured on the ability to actively engage students, alumni and employers in career service activities, managing and creating job and internship opportunities to place students. You will ensure students are well-prepared for professionally by running mock interviews, psychometric testing and professional development workshops.



To excel in this role, you possess a good Bachelors/Masters Degree with 6-8 years of related work experience within a large organization with high volume recruitment / Graduate recruitment. You are trained in a variety of recruitment methods (ie MBTI, SHL) and have knowledge of best practices in recruitment and coaching practices. You also have excellent communication skills and are client-oriented.
