This large, global professional services organisation is currently seeking a EA/Events Assistant to support 2 Senior Partners as well as a team. This organisation has a fantastic culture & is renowned for great team environment.
You are an experienced PA, having previously supported Senior Partners/Executives within large organisations. In this demanding role supporting 2 Partners you will be responsible for extensive diary management, email management, scheduling meetings & correspondence, processing timesheets & billings & acting as a gatekeeper fielding calls. You will also be responsible for coordinating the events including arranging venues, catering, logistics and general administration.
This is going to be a very busy, demanding role. You must be extremely proactive, demonstrate intelligence & initiative and be polished & professional.
Previous experience within a Professional services organisation or big 4 experience would be highly advantageous.
Intermediate to advanced skills within Word, Excel & PowerPoint is essential.
