Support a number of divisions with your financial expertise within this expanding property development business.



This leading entrepreneurial business specialises in high rise property development projects.



With growth and expansion in mind they are now looking to employ hands on Financial/Management Accountant on a permanent basis.



Reporting to the Financial Controller and working in a medium sized team of top performing finance professionals, you will be responsible for financial and management accounting for the Victorian business.



Success will be measured through your ability to deliver timely and accurate reporting to management, assist with the production of expenditure budgets and forecasts, perform complex reconciliations and analysis and take part in other ad- hoc development and feasibility projects as required.



This role will suit a qualified CA or CPA who is able to demonstrate commercial accounting experience within the property development sector or someone who has come from a big 4 accounting firm where the dealt with property development clients.



To impress you will need to be immaculately presented and have finely tuned communication and interpersonal skills that will insure you are able to build strong internal and external relationships.
