Global Organisation with APAC head office in Sydney, is looking for a new addition to their HR department. This is an exciting career opportunity for an HR Coordinator or HR Officer who is looking to move into a more national or global business.
Reporting to the HR Manager APAC, this role has exposure to HR processes at each stage of the employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities will include: project management around variety of employee related issues and strategies; HR reporting for senior management through Excel and other systems; internal recruitment and all processes around internal appointments both locally and globally; new starter inductions and onboarding; appraisals; engagement and staff retention work; HR queries and advice; OH&S.
If successful you will have previously experience in internal recruitment, employee benefits, appraisals, collating employee data; producing key HR reports using Excel and other systems: ; reviewing HR processes and procedures, and be a pivotal part of an HR team. You will be a passionate and positive individual who has excellent planning and organisation skills. You will system savvy and have a flexible and versatile attitude.
