Our client has the opportunity to add an experienced team manager with a sales or service background to their hugely successful contact centre team. A leading provider of sales and service of general insurance products, they currently have 500 staff based in Stoke on Trent and are growing.
The purpose of this role is to motivate and develop team members to achieve business objectives. you will be responsible for between 8 and 10 team members. You will ensure quality of calls and work with team members to ensure the highest standards.
This role will require a hands on manager who will work in partnership with my clients partner businesses, you will be confident to make key decisions and able to work flexibly. You will get involved in sickness management, helping the company minimise and maintain it low sickness record.
