We are looking for a smart, results-oriented sales professional tolead our Cloud sales teams and further accelerate our China HP cloud business.A successful candidate will have proven experience in driving exceptionalgrowth in traditional and emerging product/services/solutions portfolio acrossdifferent industries. He or she will becustomer centric, resourceful, team oriented and an effective communicator withdemonstrated ability to sell into C-level suite. This is a highly visible position that willinteract at all levels of the company among China HP business units and WWCloud go-to-market team.

This is a unique thought leadership position where you willinfluence strategy, create opportunities and lead the cloud sales team to sellthe HP Cloud Portfolio across all industries in China to. In this position, youwill be facilitating the success of HP account teams in selling specific HPCloud Solutions, services, products and technologies to customers in support oftheir virtualized and cloud services requirements



Key Responsibilities Include:




  • Develop effective Cloud strategies aligned with WWCloud, China HP Cloud and business units growth agenda

  • Achieve the HP cloud sales financial goals

  • Increase sales pipeline (installed base and newlogo; cross-sell and upsell)

  • Lead and co-lead China pan-HP large Cloud deals

  • Optimize sales productivities across industries andgeographic coverage

  • Work with pan-HP cross functional team to developcloud solutions relevant to Client’s requirements and HP strategic offerings

  • Establish a professional, working, andtrusted-advisor based consultative, relationship with clients (Proactiveidentify opportunities with recommended HP Cloud offerings and businessoutcomes)

  • Work with Sales operations to drive end-to-endsales excellence and achieve broader metrics

  • Develop the industry best cloud sales team in China

  • Maintain the Cloud market and competitor knowledge to ensure credibilitywith customer and strategic partners




Qualifications
Education and Experience Required:




  • Bachelor’s Degree plus at least 15+ years of salesexperience selling data center infrastructure, virtualization, cloud computing,converged networks, software and services or other cloud offerings from leaderIT vendors

  • Proven track record in managing and winning majoropportunities, with the ability to work independently; ability to interact as avalue-added team member

  • Demonstrated Industrial knowledge

  • Must know how to lead and develop a sales teamacross China.

  • Experience managing long and complex sales cyclewith larger deal sizes

  • Ability to take a sales opportunity from customerrequirements through closure.
