As FM Work Order Coordinator you will be directly focusing on emailed work orders and client calls for maintenance of a mechanical, electrical and fire nature. Managing multiple sites across NSW requires effective processes and communication; your ability to establish best practice procedures and increase efficiency through strong communication both internally and to clients and sub contractors will be crucial. This is a tremendous opportunity to increase contract efficiency and revenue, generating an organisational reputation which can be utilised for further contract wins and growth.
