Project Manager - Commercial Projects



A leading national builder are currently looking for a Project Manager to join their commercial division. Our client have been in business for nearly 2 decades and operate all across the country in residential and commercial projects. For the Melbourne office they now require a consummate project manager with experience overseeing numerous projects at once up to the value of $10m.



This role would suit an experienced project manager who has a strong portfolio of completed projects across the commercial sector, from institutional to industrial including construction and fit out.

As project manager you will be responsible for every stage of the project from initial tender through to handover. This will include the programming and scope of works, tracking budgets and financial reporting, letting and management of subcontracts and the management of design and consultancies.

To be qualified for this position we are looking for candidates who have come from a trade background and completed a tertiary qualification in construction management or similar.

You will have a minimum of 10 years experience in the commercial field, have excellent communication and time management skills coupled with excellent references from previous employers and clients alike.
