Our client one NSW largest award winning residential builders is looking for an experienced Drafts person to join the team. Due to an influx of work the opportunity has become available for a eager candidate who has experience working within the residential sector.



This is a full time permanent position that can offer career growth and development for the right candidate. My client is looking for someone who can use ArchiCAD and AutoCAD to produce documentation for residential projects on difficult sites. Exceptional communication skills along with Construction experience would be looked upon favourably for this position. A understanding of ArchiCAD as well as a solid background within the residential sector are essential for this role.



Your day to day duties will consist of producing working drawings, sittings and ensuring that all projects are completed with building costs, making amendments, presenting to clients as well as managing the preparation of plans into council. You will be required to advise the senior Drawer as to feasibility of designs with regards of Construction. You will also be responsible for producing accurate drawings and taking responsibility for your own projects.



You will be the sort of person who prides themselves on their work. Exceptional time management skills along with high level of technical knowledge will see you succeed in this position.
