Manufacturing Engineer - CAD - Automation

Stoke-on-Trent, United Kingdom, GB - Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing engineering support and designing new systems, circuits and further developing existing technologies. Using your 2D and 3D CAD experience, you will be expected to prepare technical plans and design / manage equipment used to control and monitor manufacturing processes, systems and machinery.



This unique opportunity is perfect for a Production Engineer with Lean Manufacturing / Automation experience who thrives on improving the detailed design of electronic equipment.



The ideal candidate will be educated to a BTEC/HND/Degree level in an electrical engineering discipline with proven experience in providing engineering support in a manufacturing environment. Strong design software skills in CAD and 3D Modelling is to be expected along with excellent communication skills. Exposure to PLC or Labview would be highly advantageous.
