This global FMCG Company has strong business in China with multiple manufacturing sites. Due to continuous growth of their business they are seeking talents with strong background within similar industry to join them.



Reporting to Senior Quality Manager, you need to base on business quality vision, strategy to develop system objectives; translate System into local requirements/specs, 3nsure appropriate quality system set up and implemented in all plants; lead and conduct regular audit (Plant Food Safety Indicator audit). You are to develop and build up people capability analysis tool and measureable KPI to ensure there are capable people in place for plants quality team; ensure appropriate organization set up in quality dept, including in-house plants, co packer & new developing plants; lead & organize people capability building up in new plants. You are also responsible for learning needs analysis for HQ team and plant quality team, including co packer, set up training calendar and program with Industrial and implement accordingly. You need to develop new line validation protocol to guide plant starting up, ensure no major quality issue happen.



To be competent to this job, you need to have Bachelor or above degree in Food science or related field. You are equipped with Beverage process knowledge: Good at hotfill, familiar with aseptic etc… You are familiar with quality system management like ISO 9001, ISO 17025, FSSC 22000 or HACCP. You are good at trouble shooting and experience in team and cross-functional management, and in house and co packer collaboration. Good command in English is a must.
