As a Facility Management Engineering Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the commissioning and fine tuning of the building services on behalf of the owners, achieving 6 Green Stars and ensuring the highest possible tenancy standards are realised for their clients. Once you have completed commissioning you will establish PPM schedules, implement energy management programs, and ensure the facility is compliant with statutory legislation and essential services regulations.



This Engineering Manager position is an opportunity to join one of the largest FM organisations who manage many of the landmark facilities and tenants in Australia. You will fully utilise your prior experience in commissioning facilities for optimum sustainability and efficiency. Rewarding your high level of technical and personal skills you will receive a negotiable salary of $120K - $150K + Super and a long term high visibility FM industry position. We are looking for the very best within the FM sector to be the Engineering Manager.
