A growing domestic construction company are seeking the services of a residential estimator to join their ever growing team and continue to build this companies ever growing reputation.



Working alongside an experienced team of estimators, your key responsibilities will be to complete accurate BOQ's purchase orders and pricing for standard residential projects.



To be suited to this role you will have either worked in a residential estimating capacity previously or be from a carpentry background with a view to developing an office based career. You will have strong IT skills, with exposure to databuild or constructor estimating package an advantage. You will be able to read and interpret architectural drawings and have a good level of construction knowledge.
