Our client has been building apartments in Melbourne for the last twenty years. Starting from humble beginnings they have transformed throughout their time and are now seen as the builder of choice for many of Melbournes premier developers.

Specialising in the apartment sector up to between the values of $20m & $80m, they are now looking to appoint a Project Manager for a project due to start before the end of the year. This particular project will consist of 7 levels plus basement and will come in at circa $20m.

As the project manager you will be responsible for the timely delivery of this unique project, working progressively with people at every stage of the project. We are looking for candidates who have extensive experience with Victorian IR and OH&S and experience within the local market.

You must have proven experience delivering high rise projects in the Melbourne area, come from an established builder who specialise in apartment projects and have a proven portfolio of successfully delivered high rise apartment projects.



This is an immediate start for the right candidate and salary will be in the region of $160,000 - $180,000.
