We are currently looking for an experienced contract administrator or quantity surveyor with experience on apartment projects up to the value of $40M. This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive team in the midst of a rapid growth phase that has seen them pick up numerous large scale projects over the last month.

You will be required to fulfil all aspects of the role from letting packages to dealing with variations, liaising with the client and stakeholders and preparation of all costs reports. You will have gained local knowledge and have a list of reliable subcontractors that you can call upon at any time.



In return for you dedication you will be supported by an experienced team including site managers, project coordinators and projects managers and be given all the help to further develop your career in this exciting sector.
