Customer Service Officer

Our client is a leading bank with offices based in North Sydney and they are currently seeking several switched on and bright customer service officers to assist with inbound calls from existing customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from the bank's existing customers regarding their superannuation and will be dealing with queries and answering their questions. You will be given full training on the products but will need to provide exceptional levels of service and display strong problem solving skills.
To be successful in your application for this role you will require previous experience in call centre and customer service, and will ideally have some previous exposure to banking products. You will be a bright, switched on individual with exceptional communications skills. You will be available for 6 - 8 weeks of full time work, and will be required to work hours between 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.
